Transformational Coaching: Rooted is a 9-week online experience that equips you with coaching skills, practices, approaches, and applications so you can cultivate new growth in those you love and lead, while experiencing transformation in yourself.

Awaken
Deepen the Skills to Unleash the Genius Around You
Transformational Coaching Awaken strengthens the skills and postures practiced during Rooted. Awaken provides an additional 35 hours of online training to complete the International Coaching Federation education and training requirements for Level 1 Coaching Accreditation.

Leadership Growth Made Accessible
At Lead From Transformation (LFT), we want to help you grow as a leader—without letting cost stand in your way. That’s why we offer a subsidy for LFT courses.
Because spaces are limited, we have a simple application process reviewed by our arms length LFT Vetting Team to ensure support goes to those who need it the most.
How It Works:
Apply online: Fill out a short application telling us about your leadership journey.
Vetting: Our team carefully reviews each application for fit and potential impact.
Receive support: If approved, you’ll get guidance on your subsidy and next steps.
