Transformed Leaders Lead Transformations

We want to see thousands of leaders leading transformations, because they are leading from their own transformation.

A bit of an ambitious goal? We think so too, yet we believe that leaders who are leading transformations have the ability to shape the leadership landscape. Actually changing the way organizations, business and churches function.

We are a Jesus rooted leadership development organization for non-profit leaders, church, and business leaders who are wanting to become spiritually deep, non-anxious, and risk-taking so they can lead at a higher levels from a much deeper place.

This is the LFT Story

Lead From Transformation (LFT) is a Jesus-rooted leadership development organization founded by Jon Hand and Greg Langman. After decades of leading in nonprofits, churches, and complex organizational environments they witnessed too many talented leaders burn out, lose their way, or drift into a false-self identity—prioritizing image, performance, applause, control, or busyness over the unseen inner work that true leadership demands.

LFT was created as a response to that pattern.

We exist to help leaders return to the deepest foundations of identity, character, and calling—rooted in the person of Jesus—and to grow the kind of inner life that can carry the weight of real influence and increased capacity and skill.

So we walk with leaders through a process that strengthens the soul, rebuilds resilience, and nurtures grounded, courageous, non-anxious presence, and increases leadership competency. This is not quick-fix leadership. It’s deep, slow, sustainable formation that shapes how a person leads, loves, and lives.

Our approach is relational, honest, and practical.

We’ve lived the pressures, uncertainties, and complexities of leadership ourselves—and we use our own stories, scars, and learnings to guide others. We walk beside leaders as they face challenges, confront unhealthy patterns, cultivate new habits, and step into the kind of influence that leaves empowered people and communities flourishing.

We want to see thousands of leaders leading transformation in their organizations, churches, and communities—because they are leading from their own transformation. We believe that transformation in a leader always precedes transformation in a community. When leaders grow deep, everyone around them grows stronger. When leaders become whole, teams become healthy. When leaders live from identity instead of image, cultures shift and organizations flourish.

This is the work we have dedicated our lives to: Helping leaders lead at higher levels from much deeper places—​so they can bear fruit that lasts and leave a legacy of hope, courage, and impact.
