Deepening skill development in International Coaching Federation Core Competencies and ICF Ethical Standards to help you coach to world-class standards.
Experience 28 hrs of expert guidance from Lead Trainer Jon Hand, PCC, and seasoned coach & co-creator of Rooted Traci-Lynn Burt, PCC.
One-on-one mentor coaching sessions with experienced trainers who will guide, challenge, and support you to launch your coaching presence.
Tools, practices, and the 7 Transformational Coaching Postures to coach others from a spiritually deep, non-anxious, risk taking rooted soul.

Dynamic Supervised Coaching Instruction from ICF Professional Credentialed Coaches
2.5 hrs. of trainer guided preparation
20 hrs. of cohort coaching practice
7 hrs. hrs of curated learning resources
3 hrs. of individual mentor coaching from a professional coach
2.5 hrs. of training in how to build your own coaching practice
Total of 35 hours of training
Rooted and Awaken graduates receive 75 hrs. of Level 1 ICF Accredited Training towards a Level 1 Coaching-Specific Education Accreditation.

Investment: $4,000 (CAD) + applicable taxes
The following payment options are available:
A. Pay in full
B. Pay 50% down and 50% one month after the start of the training.
C. Pay 25% down, followed by 3 additional payments of 25% each month once the training starts.
