Transformational Coaching Awaken strengthens the skills and postures practiced during Rooted. Awaken provides an additional 40 hrs. of online training to complete the International Coaching Federation education and training requirements for Level 1 Coaching Accreditation.
Awaken Breakdown:
Dynamic Supervised Coaching Instruction from ICF Professional Credentialed Coaches
2.5 hrs. of trainer guided preparation
20 hrs. of cohort coaching practice
7 hrs. hrs of curated learning resources
3 hrs. of individual mentor coaching from a professional coach
2.5 hrs. of training in how to build your own coaching practice
Total of 35 hours of training
Rooted and Awaken graduates receive 75 hrs. of Level 1 ICF Accredited Training towards a Level 1 Coaching-Specific Education Accreditation.

Prerequisites:
Participants must take Transformational Coaching Rooted (Formerly Basecamp) in order to qualify for Awaken.
TC Alumni prior to Fall 2022 must take Rooted as a Refresher before moving on to Awaken. The cost of the Rooted (Basecamp) refresher is $200.
Graduates (only) of the most recent Rooted who go on to take the next available Awaken can qualify for $350 off the total cost.

• Ensure that your financial arrangements have been finalized.
• Complete the assigned tasks prior to and following each online session as indicated in the Thinkific Learning Platform.
• Log in to Zoom five minutes prior to each online session’s start time in order to be ready to begin each session on time.
• Be in a quiet place for online sessions and keep your video on.
• Attend all sessions listed in course requirements.
• Contact admin@LFTLeadership.com prior to the online class if you are sick or away.
• Attend all online sessions.
A graduation certificate will only be issued upon the successful completion of all assignments as outlined in the course requirements. If an assignment is missed, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact their trainer to arrange a way to make it up in some manner.
