WHAT IS ROOTED?
Rooted is a 9-week cohort based coaching skills online training experience giving you 40 hrs. of ICF certified training. These skills, applications, and approaches enable you to develop new growth in those you love and lead, while deepening your own transformational journey.

Each of the weekly online Zoom sessions run from 1 PM - 3 PM EST
Week 1 (September 24 ) – Course overview and TC Posture #1
Week 2 (October 01) – Coaching approach overview and TC Posture #2
Week 3 (October 08) – Full coaching demonstration followed by the Connect teaching & TC Posture #3
Week 4 (October 15) – Outcome phase and TC Posture #4
Week 5 (October 22) – Awareness phase and TC Posture #5
Week 6 (October 29) – Course phase and TC Posture #6
Week 7 (November 05) – Highlight phase and TC Posture #7
Week 8 (November 12) - Each participant will experience a three-hour Supervised Coaching Practice Triad. The Triad Learning Experience occurs at 9-12 and 1-4 EDT on November 12. You will be scheduled for either the morning or afternoon time.
Week 9 (November 19) – Follow Up and Affirmation Time
Transformed leaders lead transformations, which is why Transformational Coaching Rooted infuses 7 Transformational Postures into the training as approaches to empower you to:
Deepen the soul of your leadership so you can become a spiritually deep, non-anxious, risk-taking leader rooted in presence and person of Jesus.
Dynamically partner with the Spirit in your coaching and leadership to empower others to get to the root of their challenges, hopes, and dreams.

Why are we doing this? We have seen that leaders who come with a team member to the training are more likely to implement a people-first developmental culture into their organizations.

These 7 Postures are interwoven with the weekly teachings to help participants deepen their souls and lead from a more rooted place spiritually and emotionally.

8 Weekly Online Group Training (2 hrs. a week)
Weekly Peer Coaching Sessions (1.5 hour)
Weekly Curated Reading and Assignments (1.5 hr.)
Total Time Commitment (5 hours per week)
3.25 Hours in Supervised Coaching Practice Triad
For a Total of 40 hrs of ICF Certified Training
Rooted can also be taken for academic credit through Briercrest Seminary.

Pay the course fees in full at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made with LFT Leadership.
Complete the assigned tasks prior to and following each online session as indicated in Thinkific.
• Log in to Zoom five minutes prior to each online session’s start time in order to be ready to begin each session on time.
• Be in a quiet place for online sessions and keep my video on
• Attend all sessions listed in the participant's guide
• Contact the Transformational Coaching support person prior to the online class if you are sick or away.
• Attend all online sessions - Participants can only miss 2 in person online Rooted sessions but must watch the online video prior to the next week and inform the instructor that you have done this.
A graduation certificate will only be issued upon the successful completion of all assignments as outlined in Thinkific. If an assignment is missed, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact their trainer to arrange a way to make it up in some manner.
