Meet Our Team

Jon Hand, MDiv, PCC Lead Trainer

I live with my wife Aimee in Southern Ontario Canada where we have called home since 2015, after leaving our home in the U.S. We have three adulting children. I have been in church and business leadership roles for the past 27 years. In 2011, right before a season of life-altering burnout I was invited to take a training course in coaching skills. After a season of recovery, I realized how providential it was that I found coaching (or coaching found me). The art, skill, and application of coaching approaches helped me re-tool my leadership approach from a command and control paradigm to an non-anxious centered leadership that nurtures the unique gifts and genius of teams in the pursuit of daring vision.

I was hooked! Since then I have been integrating coaching approaches into my varied leadership roles while also building a thriving professional coaching practice.

Among other types of coaching I do, I have spent the last ten years developing a unique root level approach to Christian leadership called Soul Coaching where I guide leaders on a Year of Transformation. YoT guides leaders on a coaching journey to deepen the roots of their identity, character, and motivations in the person of Jesus of Nazareth so they can grow new shoots of competency and capacity;  bear powerful fruit that leaves whole communities rooted and flourishing.

My disorienting season of burnout in my early-mid thirties birthed my life’s vocational pledge: to wake up every day to challenge, equip, and inspire leaders to lead from their own transformation.

First Name Last Name

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Greg Langman, MA in Leadership and PCC Lead Trainer

I live in Cochrane Alberta with my wife Linda. Since we were married in 1991 we’ve had the privilege of living in a variety of places within Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario.  We also have three daughters and two wonderful sons-in-law.

For over 30 years I’ve been in Sr. Leadership within large churches, house church networks, church start ups, the Alliance Canada denomination, served as an interim President of a long term care home and helped start a number of new organizations across Canada. I didn’t realize it in the early days of leading but I have some unique organizational MRI abilities that help me to see what is hindering people and their teams from serving well together.  These skills were uncovered amidst adversity and strengthened through the coach training journey that started in September of 2008.

In all of the different places, roles and experiences I’ve had there is a common driving passion that continues to burn white hot within me.  I long to coach and equip people and their teams to discover the fullness of who they were created to be while they courageously step into what they were created to do together.

I deeply believe that personal transformation is the portal to organizational transformation.
