    Within a safe and encouraging environment, participants are invited to share personal insights, challenges, and growth experiences, bridging the gap between what they know and how they live.   • Traci-Lynn’s mentor coaching program is tailored for individuals pursuing or renewing their International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. This program focuses on developing coaching competencies, refining skills, and deepening understanding to align with ICF standards.

    To fulfill ICF requirements, the program must last at least three months and include ten hours of mentor coaching, with at least three hours delivered one-on-one, as stipulated by the ICF. Traci-Lynn provides detailed feedback on core competencies, facilitates growth through reflective practice, and helps clients strengthen their ability to coach confidently and positively. Her mentor coaching equips participants to meet ICF standards and embodies the professional excellence expected of ICF-certified coaches.
