Traci-Lynn’s cohort coaching program is a 10-month journey to deepen spiritual awareness and foster emotional wholeness in a supportive, growth-oriented group setting. Focusing on personal transition and cultivating the mind of Christ, this program guides participants through discussion and reflection and provides valuable resources such as books, articles, and videos.
Within a safe and encouraging environment, participants are invited to share personal insights, challenges, and growth experiences, bridging the gap between what they know and how they live. The program emphasizes the importance of being present to self, others, and God, with the love of Jesus at the core of an integrated discipleship journey. Through listening to and responding to the Holy Spirit, participants experience lasting transformation and develop as disciples, learning to embody a more authentic, wholehearted faith in every aspect of their lives.

Traci-Lynn’s mentor coaching program is tailored for individuals pursuing or renewing their International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. This program focuses on developing coaching competencies, refining skills, and deepening understanding to align with ICF standards.
To fulfill ICF requirements, the program must last at least three months and include ten hours of mentor coaching, with at least three hours delivered one-on-one, as stipulated by the ICF. Traci-Lynn provides detailed feedback on core competencies, facilitates growth through reflective practice, and helps clients strengthen their ability to coach confidently and positively. Her mentor coaching equips participants to meet ICF standards and embodies the professional excellence expected of ICF-certified coaches.
