Coaching with Greg Langman
Greg provides leadership coaching, team development coaching, and customized coach training for organizations seeking to nurture new ways of leading. His coaching works from the belief that your transformation is the greatest gift you can give to those that you love and lead.
Over the last 32 years he has served in a variety of pastoral roles in small church plants, midsize and large multi-site churches across Canada. He has also served in denominational leadership roles where he oversaw the health and development of churches and the licensed ministry leaders who serve them. These experiences have developed proficiencies in helping teams and organizations engage in collaborative practices, navigate conflict and bring about healing and transformation where possible.
Greg has an MA in Leadership and Management, a Professional Certified Coach with ICF, a Birkman Certified Professional and a Grip-Birkman Trainer and a co-founder of Transformational Coaching Base Camp with Jon Hand and TL Burt.
Greg is passionate about coaching people to discover the fullness of who they were created to be while courageously living into what they were created to do with others.

This coaching is helpful when you find yourself longing for more but don’t know how to get there or where to start. This coaching approach is designed to help you get unstuck, remove a barrier, or do some digging around in the roots of your soul to better understand what might be holding you back. This coaching is best done in bursts of 3-6 sessions. Just enough to keep you moving again on a better track. The greatest gift you can give those you love and lead is a version of you that is focused, confident, wise, and generous. Are you ready to be a better leader?
This coaching helps you get in touch with your growth goals and get under the surface to begin addressing the barriers you discover. We work on ways of understanding what is happening deeper in your soul and respond to the inner invitations to pursue growth, healing, and transformation in the ways you identify are important and vital to your life and leadership.

Discovering how you can Thrive in Life and Leadership
If you find yourself struggling with low energy levels, decreased motivation or feel like you are wandering aimlessly in life and work this coaching may be for you. Discovering how you can thrive in life and leadership is helpful for people in life and work transitions who are wanting to discover who they are now and the potential implications for how they move forward.
The goal of this coaching is to help individuals discover, embrace and courageously live into their unique personality, strengths, needs, skills, passions and mission with those around them. It is about helping people learn how they can increase the amount of time they spend doing what they were created to do. It’s about bringing your best self to others with confidence and humility that leads to freedom and life instead of burnout.
This coaching uses personality, skills, strengths and values assessments along with guided reflective practices to help you establish language around your identity, contributions, passion and mission.
Four to Six sessions 60 and 90 minute options are available

The goal of this coaching is to guide and equip organizational/team leaders to mobilize individual strengths into collective team strength towards a united vision. The elements of this coaching will be customized to the specific needs and desires of the organizations leadership.
The full program involves the following:
Monthly coaching for the organization/team leader
Individual assessments and coaching for the purpose of understanding personality, strengths, gifts, values and passion.
Team building and training sessions that create common language, help team members understand team strengths, needs and how to leverage collective strengths
Organizational assessments and team coaching around 7 team postures that will support organizational/team health.
This coaching is ideal for teams and organizations wanting to move towards a more collaborative team culture that emphasizes the development of people.
The timeline and cost of this coaching will vary depending on where the organization is at currently and where they want to see themselves in the future.

Mentor Coaching is for coaches who are seeking to become an ICF coach at the PCC or ACC level or who want to renew their ACC certification. ACC renewal requires 10 hours of Mentor Coaching every three years.
Mentor coaching will further develop and hone your coaching skills and coaching postures. Mentor coaching, like general coaching, moves individuals forward toward their personal and professional goals.
Mentor Coaching sessions must span over a minimum of three months to meet the ICF requirement.
Sessions are 60 minutes
Cost is $200 per session
